sorry guys, this week has been one to remember, some very big highs and some very bad lows, and its only tuesday night and things are going to be rough all the way through sunday, I will give the update a news later, not in the best mind set, anyway Ryan, you mentioned the Instacharger, I remember it very well, because I had been saving for it for months and BBK kept putting it off and putting it off, and it finally came out one month after the 3rd tranny snapped, so no dice on more boost, but if the truck can hold togethor for one more year, or I install the 3rd motor the Instacharger would be a blast to slap on about 45-55 extra hp, and with all the mods I have done to the motor as it stands it could pull a little more, that is if the transmission does not snap 10 rotations of the drive shaft after instalation, crap I am rambeling, pass out time

first off let me welcome you to SSA, and yes the PBX's are capable of getting very loud, I believe 750 watts per sub would really get them going, but you can probably send more no sweat, on the Power Bass web site there is an excellent .pdf file with many different box designs, for all kinds of usage

I understand both points of view, a few of the SQ guys I have talked to in SLAP, brace it up pretty stiff, but for daily purposes we are running more power and different music, anyway for smaller boxes with lower power I dont think it is really needed, but for something such as your average guy not to worried about clear roll off of notes and tight control of the sub, bracing is not a priority, but for picky guys such as oh say Ryan or Nick (all 5 of them) that extra bracing is needed because they have the descerning ear to hear the little things,

its just what we have to deal with an open online board, anyway I feel that we have some of the best people here and we can only go up from here, I might go after another company to host their official forum on here, we shall see, maybe a page for the Team boxes that are built, etc. we will grow and we have already outlasted many, including haveing to rebuild from scratch and rebuild our membership base competly, we will might not catch SoundDomain or CarAudio or CarStereo or Termpro, but I have seen that people are slowly moving away from some of the giants (SD and TP and CA) for example when I first joined Sd in 2001, threads were moving very fast, and the OT was not full of worthless bull, and the mods were cool, but now the board is still going but not at the rate it once did and many of the old dogs are gone or have moved else where, (see CA.com also) ok off to bed, enough out of my trap for the night

SSA used to sorta run parallel to another board and we shared many members, but on that board flaming was allowed, and on this board it was not, so in the process a certain few worthless excuses of life had to be banned many times, and they would keep attacking the board with slanderous comments and flase statements about the mods and admins and then go after the members to try to take down SSA, well its been well over 2 years since that started, and it only happens everyonce in a while now, (has not happened in about 6 months) but now that board sees less traffic and less posts, there is much more experience mods and members on here that have a lot more to share and learn about car audio and computers and so on without having to resort to childish crap, yes the IHOP is mostly SPAM but it is centralized in once place and there are no flames, everyone on here gets along well, and I try to keep this place running as smoothly as I can, I obviously cannot to it with out the help of the mods and good members of course, but still we still stand and are still growing with better traffic and better members everyday... thats as far as I am going to rant about that
