umm I am not so sure if JL's prices are always justifed, but thats my POV, MB is owned by RF but that does not mean they have access to a ton of RF's money, look are A/D/S they make awsome products and they are a DEI line but you never hear about their subs, and their amps are almost never advertised, so ya never know whats going on with their finances,

maybe someone should write to MB quart, and see if they can have some field testing

hey Jesse, ole' buddy, it might be a little more power than needed, but hey more is better, but check on ebay there are a bunch of Kicker 800.4's going for around $200, thats a steal and a very solid 4 channel amp, if you have questions abotu that particular amp, talk to polecat in the kicker section, but wait I cant remember if your a kicker fan or anti-kicker
