  1. I know its early, I have some ideas, but I was going to do a prediction topic, and a new topic once the selections are made, I am crossing my fingers for the team with an RPI of 34
  2. lol dont thank me, thanks dozure, his aim SN is dozure
  3. them maybe a civic is your best bet, or CRX
  4. well one of our mods (dozure) has his own upload site that we can use, http://upload.dozure.net
  5. sell that motor and get the 2.2 prelude vtec
  6. the board program does not allow it, but there are upload sites that you could upload a bunch and then link the pics through tags
  7. ouch man, lol I had a sorta similar situation, during my intership, I was doing some track camera drive by's in a 97 Integra Type R, it had some work done to it, and I was in the "general" area of 143mph and I got the call on the radio to pull in to the pits for a few to let the car cool down on that hot day, and super lucky me, lol on the decelleration to the pit lane the passenger side front tire blew, side wall was gone, I could have sworn that they were Z rated tires but this particular one could not take the stress I guess, so I was uber lucky that it did not blow on turn 8 cause I would have been punted over the wall and into the woods
  8. I am in the same boat as you, I am buying a car tomorrow, (probably) but ddi you think about an Accord 2 door? reliable and not as played out as the civic, the Nissan is a decent choice, but parts can be a little tricky sometimes, but the sky is the limit with them
  9. humm this is a tough topic because I have history with so many different compaines and I like so many of them, so............... I have strong ties to RF, because I ran them way back and had great results, I have lost a little love in recent years, but still like em Kicker, yes I know everyone and their mother runs them, but I am talking 1997 here when I was running round solo barics and ZR1000's, back when Kicker was not all out mass production yet (I think), but people like Polecat make kicker a solid place Orion, I have been a massive fan of the HCCA line from its inception and some of the older monster amps, they were one of the first to hit it big in SPL and do very well at that, and one of my favortie set ups I did was 2 HCCA 12's and a pair of HCCA275s, almost bent metal with that, damn miss that set up, but I have always loved them Cadence is an insteresting one, I have heard their subs but not enough to love their loudspeakers yet, but I do love their amps, soild, efficent, durable, and damn strong RE is a company that has grown on me, I like their innovation and customer service, not to mention their high quality products, I mean last year alone I bough 4 RE8's as presents to friends B) Eclipse is my current favorite, because I have been beyond happy with the quality and performance of their head units and sub woofers, I want more experience with their components and amplifers and point source components Audio Control, well they make awsome equipment that can really make a difference in the final sound of your system, and they have been the leader in many different aspects in processor/crossover production Phoenix Gold is a great company for car audio, they produce high quality high performance equipment and have excellent service, I mean Tad aka PG Trainer alone is enough reason to run PG equipment, yes some of the prices are a little high but in many cases I feel it is worth it, they are not a company that is trying to make a trillion different products but still offer a good amount of options, can Image Dynamics is another one I like, not sure about love, but service is great and I would love to have a non-daily driver SQ car with their horns, Captian Canada can agree with me on this, just some all around awsome sounding equipment ADS makes my favortie components, when I have more expendable cash I would move to them for sure, even though Focal makes some unreal SQ components I feel ADS is right up there and I feel they are often over looked Zapco, wow some of my favortie amps I have ever dealt with, I would love to run a Reference 650 alone for a super sweet SQ set up, and the track record of the C2K 9.0D is just perfect Stereo Integrity, well great quality and top end service, hard to not like them, hence the reason I went after them and brought Nick and his crew over here there are a few more but I can't think of them right now update: steve reminded me about Crystal, good components for the money and the CMPX2 is insane, I want one bad
  10. great topic shane, I am going to join team gates this season, but not sure if I can compete this year, I have been a part of a few smaller teams, I am sorta on TeamCarAudio.com but I threw out the idea a while back about starting Team SSAudio if people want to pursue it, we can get the stickers and if you want me to run it I am game, just a thought, but I would love to compete for Team Orion,

  21. Love the planet audio amps. thats all i run in my car. For the price they cannot be beat. As for the Ample subs eh well they good but not 600 dollars good. I would compare them to a ed A series in actual sound and output. Dont get me wrong they loud and they sound pretty decent just not for 600 dollars your dollar is better spend in a brahma or a SE or a XXX I asked because I used to sell Planet Audio but did not get to mess with them enough to get a feel for their amps, but always wanted to try their tube amps Planet audio Tube amps own I have a couple in my posession and I have hundreds at my finger tips which you will see when i get my new online store open Scott Stoner due to recent developments in my vehicle situation :thud: I might need to talk to you a little while later on about that You know I will hook you up bro pm with how much power you need and I will hook you up with price. Scott Stoner thanks I will know better what my situation is better in a few weeks
