I could not agree more! They must watch all those dumb ass commericals and believe they can drive in anything. My take is you meet the dumbest people in a Subaru if it is snowing. It must take a certain personality type to think a Subby is a good choice. I will admit I have owned two and hated both of them. Maintenance was through the roof as something different would break every week. My mom had an Outback right when they first came out and I can say it was about the only one I ever drove I liked. My parents love them and that is all they own now. I drove dad's Trebica with 31k on it and it needs all the bushing replaced in the front end already. They told him that was normal and offered him replacement parts at a discount. Needless to say I would never own one. Hey now, I like the cars, but this is coming from a racing perspective.
