It is a rampant issue with these crossfit gyms of over training and bad form. This is just a solid article discussing one of the main issues of these many sub-par crossfit gyms. Yes, I do do my research. None of us have found any wonder drug or magic bullet. I have been working out WAAAAAAAYYYY too long not to pay attention. There is no wonder drug, only a few things that help little bits here at there. Nitrogen has worked for me and many countless others for pre-workouts, so products like No-Xplode and BuzzSaw are successful for a reason due to combining Nitrogen and Creatine. Burn caps are essentially concentrated caffeine to raise the heart rate to burn a few more calories instead of chugging coffee or soda. I take BCAA's with my gemma-protein, along with omega-3's for the joints and chromium picolinate to make up for not eating meats. No wonder drugs, or unverified or non-FDA approved or gimmicky crap.- Welcome to the IHoP v.2

I've done 415 in a hair over 4. Personal best has to be from Montgomery Alabama to Oklahoma City on one tank of diesel fuel in an E350 van, in about 8ish hours I think due to zero stops and 4 pills of ripped fuel. - Welcome to the IHoP v.2
