Indeed. Amusing really. If I don't like a band a year or so down the road it's a pretty strong indication that they were shitty to begin with. I still have the first album I ever bought myself and still listen to it on occasion. Sean would hate the dance music I have on the can's at work during the day to keep me cranking along. What kind of dancing? The sweaty kind that european women love in massive night clubs that don't close until sunrise.

Not supposed to, it is part of the OT.com/4chan wacky sub culture that is hard to understand, but if you do, some of the crap they come up with is absolutely funny.

Yes, but the way one of them was mangled (in terms of the aluminum), the rebuild job looked like it was on the TOTALED scale when only the front corner was really damaged. If I trusted Audi, reliability wise better, an A4 or A3 set of keys would be in my hand right now. An A3 would be about perfect for me right now, with more power and AWD, that covers the two things lacking in my current scooter. I trust Audi WAY more than Mercedes. Hasn't Mercedez made significant improvements in recent years? I know a lot of their cars are frequently at the bottom of reliability surveys. Not like they were in the 60's... All the way up to the mid 90's. Then something changed... I'd love me a W124 diesel. There was a 93, black on grey near me, and I was tempted. Do a turbo swap, find the same suspension I had the Brabus, and import the Euro 5 speed would be super sweet.- Welcome to the IHoP
They grow them bigger in the UK.- Update on my subwoofer?
Love the video.- Just Joined a Gym and need Some Advice.
Usually the cheaper ones are cheaper to bring in more people are they are set up for the serious types. So they have a high turn over rate and go on quantity, not quality.- Just Joined a Gym and need Some Advice.
Some goals of mine are: To eat healther, feel better, walk up the 3 flights of stairs in my school without getting winded. I would like to lose all of this fat. I would like to become stronger, I would like to look healthier and look better. Don't really care what the scale says but really losing fat is the main thing. Confidence is a big key here. For me, the better I look the more confidence I have. I go to Planet Fitness Mon-Fri 30 minutes of cardio each day and then I do a plan of workouts that are different for each day of the week. For example, Mon is Arms and Chest, Tuesdays are 30 minute circuits, Wensdays are Back and Shoulders, Thursdays are 30 minute circuits, Fridays are Legs and core. If you need anymore info let me know. When you are doing your cardio, one of the more effective ways of burning fat/calories, is changes in heart rate. Meaning, just just hop on the treadmill and park it at one pace for 20 minutes. Mix it up, do a few different machines, some at high, some at moderate, that way you are changing muscle groups and making your heart adjust through out your work out, not just cruising along.- Staying motivated.
Crap then, go for it.- Staying motivated.
Not really. Still trying to get myself motivated but I just feel so run down lately. I don't know if it's work or what. Sitting here typing this and all I want to do is take a nap. I'm working on cleaning up my diet too. Trying to phase out processed foods, sugars, etc. It's slow going but I'm determined to do it. The biggest non-specific thing, is just making it part of your routine on a daily basis. Just going and doing 25 minutes of light weights or moderate cardio is far better then not going. Find a good time that fits your schedule (for me I go every day at lunch and push as hard as I can for 55 minutes). So even if you are thinking about going, just go. The more you do, the more it becomes automatic and easy. I'm trying to make it a habit of getting up earlier (I need to start getting to bed earlier too ). With my back problems I'm usually pretty sore in the morning, so I want to start doing some light pilates or yoga, and hopefully that will get me "loosened up" enough to move onto something else. Thanks for checking up on me. This should be a group effort. Can you go after work?- Just Joined a Gym and need Some Advice.
Good point. Please feel free to delete my posts if you wish. J Not going to delete posts, as there are some great points in here, but the challenge is what is best for the OP.- Where to get supliments
I ordered more of the same, just different flavor and in a tub this time. The results have been good, almost as good as when I was mixing in creatine with the protein ala Cell-Tech & Nitro-Tech. Price is pretty-good, the website is straight forward and honest with good information, I know another site that is like that.- Welcome to the IHoP
I posted that one for Ryan.- Where to get supliments

Oh, it is good to see another ultimate frisbee player, killer cardio if played in a high level league.- My new Fitness Goals
In my experience, for sports needs that are mostly not power based (as in not Sumo) and for recreational needs, a circuit training with mixed cardio is a good place to start. Remember speed kills, so when some are worried about the strength pissing match and they pack on mass, you can be faster and lighter if you train right.- Staying motivated.

Hey Dan, and updates?- Just Joined a Gym and need Some Advice.
Ok, as a personal trainer in the past, I can say this topic got off track with too many generalizations. Honestly, to the original poster, I feel we should start your topic over anew, and clearly state out some REALISTIC goals, both long term and short term. And remember what works for one person, will not work for another.- Welcome to the IHoP
