The Rockford is a decent choice, but may I ask why are you limiting yourself to these two choices? Many times over the years I have gone with a used amp of higher quality and/or features.

These are the USB models. I'm not sure if Zed built the USB models or not. I've never opened them up to look at the board. For the youngsters wondering, no, these do not plug into computers. USB is part of the model number. They did the USA, then later USB.
