  2. So I joined like around a month ago because I got tired of this other forum so I decided to join here. Everyone is so polite and kind here . Just to tell you a little bit about myself. My name is Matthew and I live in Memphis Tennessee. I started really getting into car audio about one year ago and fall more in love with it everyday. Always learning and looking to help those that need it so if you ever have any questions just send me a quick message. Alright peace guys

  4. When you tune your setup specifically for decaf music When your loved ones tell you to stop it or say bad boy Your response to their statement is nah I'm in a frat

  6. Want to the know price of the 15s?
  7. Dude go Dc. Can take much more abuse and is USA made. Besides the customer service over at Dc is better in my opinion and amps are just as good for cheaper. Think about audioque price point but sundown quality.
  8. Can't plus i prefer sealed anyways
  9. I only run sealed. Not enough trunk space for ported I am afraid.
  10. I am going to build a sealed box for 2 dc level 3 15s and i want to know how many cubic feet should be in each chamber.
  11. St. Jude was founded in my city
  12. I am letting my smd side out of me sorry lol. This is how they all talk over there. I stated it not 100% potently so let me state it again. The manual said that the alternator was not connected to anything positive at all and is only grounded
  13. I love talking to Kevin of Skar Audio! I have long phone conversations with him
  14. I may not have the same size system you have but I am not an idiot
  15. Yes but i don't think you understand what i am saying
  16. I know that but i mean in just taking off the stock alt thats what the manual said
  17. Meh. When I was talking about my relay years ago I was told it was worthless, but I already had it so I installed it anyways. The thought is so that when your car is off, and alternator is not running, the relay will stop the batteries from trying to charge each other if there is a voltage difference between the two. Even if this happens, it's not catastrophic; as long as one of your batteries doesn't have extremely low voltage. It does. You can either run a wire from the positive terminal on the starting battery to the positive terminal on the extra battery, or just run another wire from the alternator to the extra battery. I chose the second option. Alright thanks man for all the help. I just need to install one so i don't have to break the bank to buy expensive batteries all the time
  18. I think the manual is wrong I am just trying to state how fault maunfacturers are Quote exactly how it is stated in the manual, or post a picture of it :)/> I do all of the work on my car. From changing oil to electrical upgrades and I am getting a singer alt soon. My jeep is old technology (cherokee) so alts are taken off differently. The manual said when taking off alternator disconnect alternator wire from negative battery terminal....
  19. I think the manual is wrong I am just trying to state how faulty manufacturers are
  20. Jeep manual says different. It says alternator wire to battery negative terminal.
  21. Is the wire from the alternator supposed to be connected to the positive or negative battery terminal?
  22. And i thought the alternator wire connects direct to the starting battery of the car?
