Welcome to the IHoP
OK maybe some of you texans can chime in. I really want a smoker and a grill. I'm torn though. Water smoker sounds the way to go but the time will be about 2-3 times as long as normal smoking from what I understand, which isn't that big of a deal, but still matters. I'm up in MN too and I liek to grill in the winter, and I want a more heavy duty unit.

FI n00b here.. I have questions
If this is for SPL, maybe you should check out a BL instead. But if you really are looking for great SQ, and as you claim are a nub, go for the 1000 from sundown. The SAZ1500 is a crap ton of power. I'm going to be running one on my Q myself, but I'm going sealed and never plan to crank it up to the top.

audio and performance are about the same work wise. always something to tweek. The big difference is you can really feel/hear/see the performance difference, and so can others. You drop in a supercharger, it's usualy more endorphine releasing than installing new tweets. =)

DHL still has them in kansas.... I'm only excited to put them in the pile with the rest of my equipment. It's not going in the truck for a while... but I want them. Maybe the wife will understand if they spend the night in the bed with us, they may need to cuddle after such a long trip.

Creatine
they taught celulary ATP fuction in anatomy!? Dude, I wish I had had a chance to go to your school. Awsome. I hate the details I forget when I don't keep my mind sharpened.

Creatine
The main goal of creatine, or what I used it for was recovery. I can careless about the bloated or pumped look. Recovery is #1 It helps in recovery, but it's not in a way I think you are using it. It's biological function is make more and better use of ATP. That will help each cell work better. That means you can do more work with them. It helps the cell "recover" better via making sure ATP is ready to go. I remember from my studies it deals with calcium in this function too, perhaps when ATP is used it binds to calcium, and creatine helps to free it from there to be used again. It's been so long since I did my bio work on creatine I don't remembet. Maybe Capt Canada knows.

Gatorade is probably 100% corn. I couldn't find any specific references, but I'd be inclined their sugar source is corn. It's also 100% synthetic beyond the water content. Lemonade: water, sucrose syrup, glucose-fructose syrup, citric acid, natural and artificial flavors, salt, sodium citrate, monopotassium phosphate, ester gum, sucrose acetate isobutyrate, yellow 5 There could be 5 or 50 additional ingredients in the "natural and artificial" flavors, you never know. All 100% synthetic, even the "natural" ones. An excellent alternative is coconut water. You can buy it in Tera Packs at Target stores. It's potassium content dwarfs Gatoraide by 10 fold. It's made my Mother Nature, not some guy in a lab coat in a chemical factory. If youre trying to maximize weightloss sugar is generaly something to stay away from. I used honey mixed with water when I was in endurance sports, sometimes I would use dextrose while training, and every time after weight training I always load on the dextrose. But when you want only to burn fat durring aerobic exercize, sugar is not ideal. That's no mater where the source is from, in fact carbs would be a bad choice at that exact time.
