  2. OUT DEMONS! I hate throwing up booze.... But if I have a stomach bug or just something wrong with my guts I am ready to get r dun. Ever since my trip this afternoon at lunch my belly has been upset with me. Too many meds without food, then too much food on top of that. Shaken not stirred. Add some Costco QP dogs..... Boom city baby. Feel bad though, my wife is mostly silent. I on the other hand shake the plates of the earth crust with my mighty heave. No need to do ab work outs for a year.

  5. I'm really lucky I don hurt worse though. Mostly a lot of hurt pride now I think. A little nap and ibuprofen went a long way today.

  10. 30% Sorry man. Damn phone. So yes, no more than 30% of what you do your work sets at. Usually a wok Set would be whY you can push for 6-10 reps.
  11. If you feel you must go below 90 put a box so that it will catch you at 80. Unless the weight is below 305 your working weight I wouldn't do it unless I had a trainer watch me first.
  12. Never go lower than 90 degrees. Unless tu ou have. Trainer who is amazing show you. And I recommend a box.

  14. Welding on the floor is my guess. Usually when you hurt yourself in the gym you at least have an idea about when it was. Because your focused. When working on welding you are probably most worried about not melting your face off

  16. I have just thrown/recycled mine. God is there a protocol for that? I grew up just burning the plastic ones and scrapping the metal.

  20. Wife is coming back from a ladies weekend today. Mowed but I need to use the trimmer, then clean up in the house and start laundry. I have neglected all the stuff at my house to help my friend. While I don't mind, my wife. Well she is a woman. We will miss this couple sorely but in the last 6 months I have put in so much work at their house its crazy.

  23. Nice pew pew Stefan. I think I stressed every muscle from my lower abdomen down. A little lower back too. Not so awesome. It is all just muscle soreness I am sure, but it is intense. I'm so glad I didn't hurt my back. Lifting that trash can was waaaaaaay too much.
