4 year old Audi compared to a brand new Dodge, I don't think it is too much to ask for good quality craftsmanship. If you are looking at the Audi, have you considered a 325iX ? No, I haven't. Maintenance money on the Bimmers are out of my range, and if I were to get one, it would be just RWD. My M5 and 328i were creampuffs for maintenance, cheapest two cars I have ever owned for that purpose actually. You're going to make me test drive an m3 you know that don't you?

Pluss the interest is tax deductable. Hot tubs are home impreovement right? #4 Put aside large chunk for retirement in qualified funds and double HSA amount and increase TDA. Check #5 Plan for funds for wedding. I told my Financial advisor to keep a chunk safe/low risk. I hope he does, so check. I may just keep some in my savings to pay for it if I need to, or again grab it from a HELOC just to drive my score up.
