dem beats

What would you guys recomend for a guy like myself. I have a really meaty hand, but my fingers are short. ie my 1911 is "almost" perfect. I end up pulling the trigger instead of squeezing though. I end up tossing the bullets off to the side a bit due to it. My wrists are damn strong for holding on. With my father in laws .44 mag I could send them home no problem with the heavy weight of the revolver, but the grip on that was horrible. Something in a nice semi auto. Any suggestions? I'm also in the market for a great all around high acuracy and durrable/reliable semi auto rifle. Something big enough for elk moose hunting, but cheeper rounds. I think I was looking at the fulton armory selection, I posted that in the hop but I thought I would post here too.

TOPGUN I think it was the FAR from fulton. I beleive. Do you know of them to be a good company? Or do you have any recomendations for a rifle? I only like the idea of the AR because it's hard to find someone saying bad about them. I want it to be semi auto for when I go to the range and need to blast down some targets, but accuracy and build quality/durability are the main goal.

I test drove one of those bad boys, I beleive non turbo, but still daamn! If "felt faster" than the 911 s I drove. The 911 was so civil when you slam on the gas the cayanne. It was used with low miles, and out the door for cheep due to some jacked dash. Who ever owned it must have had plenty of heals on the dash from the looks of it. Slammed you into your seat if you pushed the race button. =)

How much $$$ you looking to spend? What kind of match are you looking to shoot? Something you would build for a 3-gun match is going to be different than 1000yd or sniper matches. Honestly it will be for fun 100% right now. If I find I'm good, I may try to compete but who knows. I would LOVE to try a sniper match for sure. I think I would get a huge kick out of it. I originaly wanted a .50 but then got realistic. I didn't like the two 30 06 I have shot, My roomies 7mm mag was sweet, but meh. I looked into the sr 25 but holly crap thats not worth the dollar! I have heard reliablity issues too. I can't remember the name of one of the nice rifles I saw but it was right up my alley. I can't search it at work. They don't beleive in my right to read about my right to bear arms. The only way to get into the top sniper matches is if you are a former/current military/LE sniper or know the right people. The long range shooter on a 2-man sniper team has to be able to engage targets out to 200m with his sidearm too, that's a long fucking ways to hit something with a pistol. As long as you buy a decent AR I'll imagine you'll be plenty happy with it from an accuracy stand point. 200m with a frigging pistol! WTF!

Daisy. wow-weee She was a hot chick in a wrangler. I never thought about that, but hot chicks in wranglers do rock. I must have seen the dukes and got that imprinted in my mind young. I also love seeing a hot chick in an italian car. I saw a beautiful girl in a sexy ferarri a week back. I wanted her to take me home.

I can honestly say if it has as good of SQ as the icon I will buy one in 18". If I like it maybe a couple more. I was going to do my HT with the Q, but with a high SQ high XMAX I will be all over it.,

I feel that way everytime I make a brisket! I'm jelous. I will be eating out for dinner tonight I think. Probably some fast food type junk.

I've been meaning to buy a match rifle and try my hand at that. Pistol shooting is a good time but I want to mix it up. I'm thinking something AR-15 based probably in .308 Should be able to take moose or elk if I go shouldn't it?

It's all a matter of how much you want to spend. Could you get 1000+ hp in that thing? Sure, if you're willing to pay for it. There's also the question of what he's trying to do with it, why he wants the extra power...is it "just because" or is there something you want to do that it's not cutting the mustard for? I think back to the Unimog...HP ain't everything so true. More TQ is the real goal. HP comes with that though. I am mainly doing it for fun. Instead of buying a 3rd car to play with, I really do love driving the expedition. I would really like to be able to pull past fuck sticks on the highway too. lol. It's not a slow truck, but 10.2 second 0-60 isn't blistering by any means. It's not really the most friendly for off road. I haul tons of shit, probably a boat next year. Maybe a bit off light off roading. so really... because I can, and I had a bit of extra money come my way tax free. =P

what do you all think the most power I could squeeze out of the 5.4 2v in the 97 expedition? the W gave me permission to go nuts pretty much. I just can't find too many people who have built it up. I have been looking at the race car dynamics suspension kit and then tires and wheels but I wanted to really shove a ton of horses in the hood more than anything else. anyone know of a good place to read up on mod engine builds for that engine?

I have seen those. I don't know if I beleive in it.

I'm trying to find a tuner, or some engine mods to see what the engine I have in the truck is capable. They lowly 5.4 2v gets no luv. I think I might call KB here in a min though and see what they say but work is a bit sketchy today.

Man I am more depressed than I though. I am more success full in ever way that I have ever been save my health, but I feel like some kind of chronicly depressed 15 year old. This sucks. I put on 100 lbs since I started this job. =/
