Aeroports will help reduce the needed gross size of the box if you do decide to go with two subs in that area. And what amp do you actually have? Also, what are you reallying wanting? I'll have the sub in 11 cuft net tuned to 17hz with a behringer ep1500 lowpassed at 35hz. I'll also have a 18" mach5 IXL in 5.5 cuft net tuned to 35hz on about the same power for music. The Avalanche box will have 1 6" aeroport and the IXL box will have 3 4" round ports.

I am the all knowing phi... Your set-up will sound decently loud. You will annoy the fuck outta people around you and you will end up frying your equipment. But all isn't lost because someone will then steal all of your car audio equipment and you won't have to worry about fried equipment anymore. Thank you. come again.

Are you kidding? There are way too many options without budget. You can go with any decent brand and can get two 2ks or a 3.5-5k amp.

That's just a freakin sealed box firing downward. Go ported if you have the room and fire it back sub and port, then flip it around and see which you think is louder, if you don't have a SPL meter. If you don't have the room, just make a sealed box with the subs firing back and you can still have options of seeing which orientation is best to your taste. One thing that stands out is that they say its for both SQ and SPL. Thats retarded.

treat your stuff well and the will last. this goes with inexpensive and expensive stuff. BUT sometimes you will get shit outta luck with some cheap, quality not price, stuff.
