How are they discrediting it? Did they have one they tested? in an appropriate enclosure? Fi BTL's are pretty freakin wanging subs! Great subs especially for the price. I've owned a RE XXX, and the two are fairly similar. Only thing here is the Re Cost a grip more... Does it make it better? ehh...not necessarily... The W7 (I own a 12w7 as well) was pretty expensive. and is in the same price range as Fi...But Does not compare....etc...Price is not everything.

Sigh...I think everyone just means to be patient. And you've been "SEEKING" a recone since mid december, doesnt mean you were in line for one. BTW that shipping is common. They always post a shipping/tracking number as soon as it is created. Doesnt mean it is done. Doesnt mean it has even left the facilities. Just means they have one set aside for your sub. Also realize they are busy. And also have other orders to fullfill. Did you ask them how long it would take? If you didnt....you should have. Maybe they are backlogged.

Ouches....did you get an authorization to return the sub for service? or did you just SEND it over....and what's Fi supposed to do with it? did you give them any idea as to why you are sending it back? IE: repair, coils, burnt not playing etc......Otherwise they get this sub from an unknown, and they have no idea what to do with it? or what is wrong with it etc...

No. Thats what UPS said was that the driver delivered, then came back and picked it back up. But what we found was that it was misdelivered. And the 7-11 next door to where i work had signed it and gave it back...not me. Which if they got the right signature it would have been easier to track...rather than saying I signed for it after i had not.

oh man...that sux....good luck..... I dunno what the deal is with the shipping stuff goin on these days....just plain sux.

Thats not bad....mine was......supposed to have been shipped and I supposedly was supposed to have it on the 15th.....it is now the 30th...and I still dont have it.

update on mine....looks like possibly UPS ganked my sub....according to scott they talked to the driver, and something about the driver dropped it off....I signed for it and he came back in and asked for it back?!?! (for god knows what reason)....and that I handed it back to him....BSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this is what came out of the driver after they asked him about it....(i think....) Anyway, I guess UPS has it now!? so they will be redelivering....I hope.....soon....

Yup! but must be pure hell for Scott and Fi, trying to figure out WTF is going on.

Man...thats just plain sad that three subs have gone up missing. I dunno what to say....for mine it had to be at the driver side of it....I just dont see any other way...UNLESS of course just misdelivered it...but then someone signed my name on it...so...thats just stupid tooo.

Ya really fishy. The main reason why i sent it to my store is that i am always there! Or someone is always there. ANDDDDD we have a camera server. No one came in at 1:45pm - 2:15pm resembling UPS or carrying any Boxes at all.... Anyway you have my home address. Sent to your email addy. If not, let me know.
