well also would 4 of those alpines fit in the door areas? or if i wanted to keep my stock ones cause there pretty good just wanna add a little extra could u build a little box for the mids? i think i saw that somewhere

ya but i am kinda aiming for SPL i was just seeing if i could get if i could get the same amount of output with the type x's as the Fi Bl's but with a little more SQ out of the type x

im kinda considering some type x though has anyone heard both in action how do they compare? for instance i know the type x have better SQ but do they hit as hard? what im trying to figure out is it gonna be a little SPL loss from the Fi to the type x cause im willing to lose a little SPL for alot of SQ but want i dont want to do is lose ALOT of SPL for a little more SQ

ya man ive been doing my research i may sound like a dumbass but im just tryin to learn i jsut thought if u wired 2 1ohm subs that they would need a 2 ohm load from the amp cause 1 ohm plus 1 ohm equals 2 or does it not work like that?

well would the 2 Fi Bl's hooked together be getting the 1 ohm 2000 watt power out of the amp? of the 2 ohm 1500 watt power? or since the dual 1's are Re: 0.75 Ohms/coil does that mean with the 2 subs i would be getting a 1.5 ohm loud out of my amp?

i also got a question im kinda confused on when a amp says 2000 W x 1 @ 1 Ohms RMS but if u got 2 subs at 1 ohm wouldnt that make it that u have to run it at a 2 ohm load since each of ur subs is puting out 1 ohms?
