so I just got my xcon 10 in in the mail yesterday .. its A MOTHER$%&KEN BEAST . never have I owned a sub of this quality .. I need advice on what kind of amp to use. I would preffer not getting hifonics. the xcon will be sealed. any input is appreciated

just to years ago I had hooked up a funky pup to a Stetson 14k and dang that amp fried cause it couldn't handle such power. I had to downgrade to an earthquake holeeS 15 inch

alright so I have a fiberglass sub box that is shaped very weird .. its cut out for a 10 was thinking about an fi q .. I currently have a kicker cvr in there that is just not cutting it, will I feel the bass better with a q or will it not be as loud?
