does anyone know about how many watts a 300d will put off at a .5 ohm. with high output alternator 3 good batts. and around 14.2 volts?thanks for the help guys.hope to get some good numbers!!!

yes voices.when u turn it half way up,play ur system and ull probably hear voices coming out of ur subs.back it down just a hair until u dont hear the voices out of ur subs.itll help u out alittle.you also might wanna think about upgrading ur battery up front to.i had problems keeping my voltage up with my 1500 until i got a yellow top up front.that help alot but i also added 2 more batterys in the back and a 200 amp altenator for my second 1500 im eventually gonna put in.that gave me no more worries about voltage for now.lol

thanks for posting chris.havent had the time to do it myself.those 12's are also just t3 ts 12's.it was a great show and team twisted mayhem was representing at that show.the sundowns are great and we cant wait to really let loose with them!!!!

ive got a 1500d on 4 12's.i just turned my gain up a tad bit and now its hittn hard but skippn my cd player when it hits a certain bass note.ive got to fix this probablem cause i do competitions and i cant be having that.ive got a alpine 9885.any sugestions as to what i can do.thanks guys.ive still got another amp to put in.thats why im worried

im adding another 1500 d to my setup and was wondering if i should run more 0gage wire to the back.ive got a 200 amp alt. with a yellow top up front and two batts. in the back.voltage is fine now.lowest at around 13.6 at full volume.ive upgraded my power wire from my alt. to battery and was wondering if i should run a wire from alt. to fuse by amps or add any wire or what to do to get maximum wattage.im running them at 1ohm each and will strap them later one.thanks for ur help guys.

[well,i changed the fuse out and checked my ohm load to see if a speaker was blown and it was fine.put the fuse in it and everything works great again.hittn hard as heck.i also checked all my connections and everything was fine!!!!thanks for the help guys.i still think thats unusual for a amp to blow 1 fuse and not my fuse block!!!!!im curious about that!!!!

[the fuse didnt melt,just poped in the middle.my 200 amp fuse is so close cause in meca u have to have it no longer than 18" from the amp!!!!!!!no shorts anywhere.its just funny how it all the sudden poped and it still cuts on.no need to send a pict. of the fuse,it just poped n the middle.no discolor or meltn or anything,just poped!!!!dont know what caused this

ok,i found the problem this morning and i think this is really weird.i checked my fuses on my amp and i blew 1 40 amp fuse.how did my amp still cut on and still give power to my subs.ive got a 200 amp big fuse 12"s in front of my amp and it didnt even get discolored!!!!it didnt sound as loud,but how did the amp even cut on.and how did i even pop a fuse in my amp when its set up for daily driving right now!!!!!!!sundown,i need some feedback please before i get another one of these amps.

no,the 8 gauge wire is ran to the yellow wire on my hu.sorry guys.i said remote.my fault.ill check it tomorrow and see what is going on.my team owner said he would take a look at it also.ill figure it out but i thought that was weird.my amp,everything shuts off when i turn the head unit off or car off.i wouldnt do anything like that if i had too.thanks guys for all ur help.this is why i like this forum.everyones willing to put there 2 cents in and help.

the alt money is already here.im waitn and gettn the best price right now.so far its ohio gen..im running o all the way.nothing else.1 batt. up front and 2 in the back.it sounds great and really doesnt drop voltage to low unless i play it for a while.im not gonna strap the amp this year unless needed.gotta keep something in my hat ncause someone get a tenth or two more than me.then ill strap them bad boys.what u think i should do

[ok.my hu is a alpine 9885 and ive had problems w it cuttn off completely until i ran a 8gage from battery to remote.now its fine.ill check my fuses on my amp and then my ohm load to see if a sub is blown.ill let yall know tomorrow.just seems weird that it would do it now after running it for awhile now and not having any problems w it.why wouldnt the amp go into protect.why just shut completely off

i went to get something to eat earlier and went to play my system that im tryn hard not to use till the season starts and i rolled into a beat really quick,which i shouldnt have,but did,and my amp cut off.its a 1500d and it didnt go into protect just turned off.i turned my head unit off and checked my fuse and it was fine.i turned the hu back on and it came right back on.weird huh.its dark right now so i couldnt check to c if a sub blew or what,but its still hittn hard as heck!!!anybody now what happened?thanks

man its not that.moneys not an issue right now.ill just use that money and put it w some more and get a 1500d.plus,u said i dont need one so ill take ur word.ive got some other stuff ill sell u thats a real good deal!!!!
