I found a song on the internet that is supposedly called "Killing You Now". The description says that it is by Tool and Disturbed, but I am the biggest Tool fan on the planet and there is no Maynard, Justin, Danny, or Adam in that song anywhere. I will admit that the guy's voice does sound like Dave Dreiman's from Disturbed, but I can't find this song on the internet, or one of their albums anywhere. If anyone knows who this is actually by, please let me know.... these are the lyrics in case they sound familiar.... ghs_wrestler 189 and I went to a local comp yesterday and they were using an old K & M mic that had been calibrated by Audiocontrol, according to the JL rep there. Somehow we went from 143 dB on a new Termlab with 5.1 cubes @ 36hz to 131 on this mic with 5 cubes @ 46 hz. Everyone was hitting kind of low, but there were people there that I guarantee would not have done better than us, but did. Any suggestions?

Seriously though, that happened to an A-bahn I had a long time ago in an SPL setup. I took the woofer out and there was a huge burn hole in the spider. It obviously has something to do with the suspension. Even if the motor was jacked, the woofer would still move.

A lot of amps have automatic shut-off if they get too hot, did you check for that? Also, check to see if your remote wire may be touching some bare metal, then check your ground.
