  1. I have just always added extra wire to the big 3 and never removed the factory. I also do 4 wires instead of 3: battery neg to chasis, battery neg to engine, engine to chasis (all 3 of those 0/1) and I usually just add a 4awg power from the alt pos to battery pos. (unless really hi output then would use 0/1) never messed with any fuses or anything else on it.
  2. What kind of car? Do your rear seats not fold down?
  3. I have always had great luck with Ohio-Gen and HO-Alts
  4. I agree with this as I have noticed the same thing. However I have seen padding help for heavy bass hits.
  5. I definately agree with that, wish I would have kept my last 2 of them. power hungry though.
  6. I would say get whatever battery fits your budget better, some people have had better luck with the optimas, some with the Kinectics and some with the Odysee. It's really all trial and error for what ever your application would like better. If you cant afford all 3 buy one at a time, test it, sell it until you tried all of them. and found which is better for you. And no you dont want the everstart
  7. Congrats man, wish I could get back to school, but too many bills to afford it.
  8. Hello, glad to be here. Nice looking forum you got. Toby
  9. I think youd do best in street C, you got an extra battery to power your amps. 4 1200d wont take quite as much power to push as 4 2500deven running at 1ohm strapped.
