Do you use Bondo brand or Rage? EDIT: Looks sick, btw!

Strengthening box
Probably and unmeasurable amount. My personal favorite way to add strength is to double baffle and triple baffle. I don't use a ton of cross bracing, which does help, but I will have a double baffle nearly everywhere. My boxes are pretty solid.

Two 10s or a Single 12?
Space is my guess. Most people who debate between 1 12" and 2 10"s usually ends up being a space issue.

comparable subs to nightshade
how similar would you say they are? why wouldnt you run them? I, personally, would run the Death Penalties. They are amazing subs. You won't go wrong if you purchase from any vendor on this site.

Big Dave's Truck Project
Just read all of that. Sucks. On a positive note, you do some of the most amazing work I've ever seen! And that's the truth!

box supplies
I would. The big thing with MDF is the splitting. If you're running a screw into the edge of the board, you HAVE to pre drill. Spend some money and pick up a dust mask too. MDF dust is terrible for you.

Boss Audio Amp. Does Anyone Know Actual Power?
I would give you an idea, but it changes so often, most recent was 600-850rms and next to no budget. he wont give me an idea of prices, other than "cheap" Well tell your friend to give us a SOLID budget, and a SOLID RMS number to go off of. Until then we are basically wasting our time.

box supplies
I use Titebond 3 and brad nails. Before I had my brad nailer I only used glue though. no screws. NEVER EVER had a problem with a box 'breaking.' If you do want to use drywall screws you HAVE TO predrill your holes. If you don't you'll split MDF.

Boss Audio Amp. Does Anyone Know Actual Power?
Do it once, do it right. He'll drop $250 on that and have to buy another one in a couple months. What's his budget look like, and how much power does he want.

My weight training progress so far
You're right. For big arms, the last thing you want to really focus on is big biceps. The triceps make up 2/3 of the upper arm, and you need a good shoulder to make it look right. Cutting out soda and sweets coupled with cardio is what's going to melt the fat away.

Adding some great combo's deals
KILLER deals. These things always tend to pop up when it's not buying time for me...

Brushing resin on inside of box
- Dance of the Gator
Not yet but I'm talking with Rusty and could see DC in the ride sooner than later! 10 inch Level 5 ? Don't those need to be inverted due to motor size?- Welcome to the IHoP
When my father got out of the ICU after about 5 weeks his thighs were about the size of my biceps. My biceps are rather pathetic too...haha- My trash system. Really in need of improvement!
A cheap way to possibly make it sound better is to build a box for those two mids. I'd build a little rack to put your HU in and your amp. A little dress up will go a LONG way.- Has anyone heard of these subs?
The woofer may not be crap. It may, however, be crap for your intent. Like Ku40 said, it could quite possibly be a monster midbass for a HT application.- Port Location?
The most common box alignment for a trunk car is subs and port backwards. I'd leave the port back for sure, but you can mount the subs on the top.- Bromos Build Log
Looks nice, Bromo. It's been a long time coming! - Dance of the Gator
