What exactly is port noise? Like a whistling sound or something because I have never noticed it with regular ports? It can be a whistling in extreme cases. I think the best way to describe it is a "chuffing" sound.

You sure it's only 11.5" long port. With what you gave me I came up with a tuning of 57Hz!? Maybe someone else will come up with something different.
