I know they have ring tones for cells phones which operate on the same principle. Also, you don't need to capitalize every word in the sentence. Just the first word and any proper nouns.

The "dynomat" you're referring to (I think) is played on panels and such to prevent them from vibrating. It does not, by definition, absorb waves.

Unless you're running an insane amount of power, that's overkill. You would be absolutely fine running 12 or 10.

Could get a Sundown 125.2 and bridge it. Not 600watts, but would work fine.

Not bad for a single 15.
