If you want that amp you are going to want to get the D1 VC for the sub. I would also get the Copper coil and BP power option on your sub if you want to send it that much power. Do you have a budget for an amp?

You are going to want to pick out your amp first. Then based off of the output of your amp, we can tell you what VC configuration you are going to want, and why you want it.

There won't really be any difference. 900w is 900w. What amplifier do you have? Also, do you already have your sub? Because you can't run at both of those impedances.

It would reduce turbulence... would there really be any, if there was it would be easier to just pour resin down the inside. since bein almost 4ft long it would be hard to fiberglass. My roommate pick up an Iron Gym earlier this week. It works in a 32" (or smaller) door frame and is a very nice over all unit. There is no modification to your house needed and is small enough to store in a closet. You can also use it for sit ups, push ups, dips, and of course pull ups. I don't think that a blow through and SQ would ideally go together. EVERYTHING is possible though. And if you're doing MECA I think you would have to compete in Extreme with that much modification . Correct me if I'm wrong MECA guys.

'Better' is a subjective term in this matter. What is your goals? What amplifier are you running?

That is about 1.8^3 per woofer. That is with the max dimensions you gave me, but I don't know how that is going to sound. It's right at the minimum recommendations.

If it was my choice, that is what I would do. Also, instead of Dynamat, look into RAAMat and Second Skin. I'm going to start playing with a box now.

Do you want a the port firing through the arm rest or towards the rear of the car? Does the bottom of your arm rest lay flat with your trunk floor?

Well I personally would go with 1 port firing towards the rear of the car. You could try doing subs firing back with the port firing through the arm rest hole. I have no experience with it, so I don't know if it would make a huge difference. I'll try to draw up a box here in a bit.
