i believe its a great law, i live in daytona beach so we have alot of people with so called systems (that sound like garbage) rattle-rattle but with the sound deadner done right in my truck i cant hear my music 10 feet away with windows rolled up... so if you dont want that big fine or car to get impounded invest in some sound deadner chit all the people i hang out with say they love it when i come down the country roads blairing country over the chitty rattling cars playing rap

my 100.4 came in yesterday, the amp came in and looked pretty new for refurbished

a thirhd magnet would ungodly like, but would weigh as much as 100+ probually

and ur comparing 2 12w6's to one 12, 2 12's have more cone area, that amp doesnt push enough power i suggest running a sundown 3000d but better upgrade electrical this amp is no joke

a second magnet would make my insides turn

yea i used a heat gun to the metal also which helped placement on alot of areas i ordered the bulk pack 36 sq. ft and i finished with some left over, i dropped my headliner put 2 layers on the roof which made it rock solid... I did the whole back wall in my f250 also which is also double layered in most spots.... I Do notice a difference in sound in the back, also notice a difference in how it sounds with the woofers.. this stuff worked wonders for me, it stopped alot of vibration on the roof and back panel but however my window flex's more but o well.... i do recommend this product to people. ill try to get some pictures up

how do i go about hooking up component speakers to a sundown 100.4? i have never used components just coaxial so i need a lot of input on how to do this, any help would be much appreciated.... also i need some ideas for component that are 5x7's but dont want to spend 100's of dollars limit would be around 300 +- Thanks! it sounds to me like you want more output the sq? why the q's? get 4 bl's and stap 2 3000d's your head will be knockin but hope your electrical styem can take it

i think you might be able to get by with your stock electrical, do the big 3 and mabe upgrade the battery to a kinetik...

you might but with that much power not gonna notice a difference in sound +-100 watts

why run 4 amps? just get 2 sundown 3000d
