This girl I'm talking to likes to work out and said she'll give me anything if I can make her have defined abs in two months. I asked for a Lamborghini, she said be reasonable, something she could actually manage. Oh and she passes the HOP girl tests. She actually likes to shoot her dad's .45, and while she's mostly vegetarian (only eats meat once in a while), she likes seafood.

I need some motivation to go work out. Kinda tired today.
  3. I think you'll want sealed. Maybe a couple Fi SSDs or IA Lethal injections.
  4. Since you're posting in the Fi forum I assume you want Fi, in which case you should get the BTLs.

Man slow hop on the holiday.
  8. There is only one definition: When the signal that the amplifier puts out is no longer a sine wave but instead has the tops of the waves "clipped" off into a flat top.
  9. Stop making new threads.
  10. There would be absolutely nothing wrong with putting two SSDs on that amp. As long as you didn't clip the amp, I'd venture to say it would actually sound better than one sub because you wouldn't be pushing them to their limits at the same volume level. Not only that, but the two 12s would get louder. One Fi sub being like two of anything else is a gross generalization and certainly not true at all. Maybe if you're comparing them to some 100 watt pioneers or something, but while FI does make good subs, they aren't far and above everybody else. You're just listening to people with Fi boners.
  11. And how do you know the Cyclone is the only sub that can reproduce that with less than 5% distortion? Also I'd completely disagree about older rock being that low. I'd actually venture that nothing in older rock goes below at least 50 if not 60.

x45678765t4r5675679456854567 works ever6 time and is the cheep See I thought about that, but I was worried about water getting in if that stuff pushed the window out farther than the weatherstripping or left gaps somewhere. Ah well I'll try something out.
  13. Sure sounds good.
  14. Have you ever seen an amp get damaged from this normal use? Kinda just answered your own question.
  15. Happy Birthday buddy!
  16. It is true. The speaker will loosen itself up over time. Playing it low will only prolong the breaking in actually.

Does anybody know of a good trick to rid a rattle from the upper corners of the back glass of an SUV up by the hinges? Seems like a very difficult spot to do anything with.

Put the old 15" Mag v.2 in the ported box back into the Explorer, along with the Crossfire BMF1000D that I just had refurbished. Man I missed those lows. The rooooock. But the sub has a tapping sound. I figured it was an air leak but couldn't find one. Maybe I'll have to look harder. At least it's not noticeable from the front seat with the sub facing backwards. I thought it was maybe from the gasket so I tried some of the ugly tape around it, but no results.
  20. and less power compression plus more power handling if comparing same models.
  21. Sound quality gurus wouldn't like that setup because subs really shouldn't be playing above around 80 hz. If they do, they run the risk of messing up the soundstage by making the midbass noticeably behind you. Plus 95% of the time, if not higher, midbass sounds better out of an actual mid than a sub. Not to mention that ideally the best system would have one speaker play the entire frequency spectrum, and adding yet another in the line of speakers causes frequency response and phasing issues. Otherwise there's really nothing against it. I mean if you like it you like it.

I don't know how I'm still up. I haven't been up this late in forever. Maybe it's the excitement of an old flame possibly being relit.

haha aww poor kitty. Good luck with the job Peng. Sucks that vacation only begins after a whole year. In case I missed it, is that a new car dealership? It will be tough to sell enough new cars in that size town with that income level. Good luck.
