a little test fit.................everything fits really good , no loss of legroom at all now it's time for some glassing

ya the drivers door is 7" longer on the bottom....it's to make room for the passenger slider........still weird though I stood there with a WTF look on my face for a few minutes...no biggie the pods are the same size...the door skins are shaped different to where they meet the dash what a pain in the arse

these irregular door panels were a bit of a challenge....all worked out though

this one is 5.50cf3 plus displacements tuned at 32hz.... she is gonna be LOUD lows

LOL.... I suck with Sketch Up....I do all my builds with dimensions only with an attached pic in my head... sometimes a messy hand drawing just to get the feel of it

it looks OK...I would have prefered to seperate the port from the black with a different color but this is what the customer wanted

I only have 2 days a week to work on this between customers builds and the kids should have a good jump on the doors thursday and friday (my choosen days off) the subs will be here on the 14th.....I'll know the magnet clearence and have the enclosure design completed

did I mention there was a full gallon of glue in this thing........... it's gonna have to sit for a couple of days and cure now I can't wait to see it with the sub and grill installed

it has been a LONG wait for me also...but after seeing these pics it is worth the wait...the new dustcaps look awsome , very clean looking woofer and the colors are perfect I can't wait to get this build done.......it's gonna look sick
