they are all the same really. some come with rubber rings that help protect against moisture/water, others don't. some mount differently than others. care to share why your current one sucks? well i got it at a flea market its a circuit breaker and there is a crack in it because it got slammed in my hood lol and i think it might be part of my amp problems.

i need a good fuse block because mine sucks terribly any suggestions?

its not really a fuse block its like a circuit breaker i got from the flea market but i'm pretty sure its not a loose connection, could it be that maybe its a crappy fuse block?

when it stop pushing power to the sub the light on the amp is dim but i popped my hood to look at my fuse block and the wire running from the battery to the fuse block is hotter and seems close to melting but on the other side of the fuse block it is fine. im not sure if that means anything else,

yea i just got a bxi1600 not that long ago and it is a good and for the price, i got a 15" FiBL and it pounds

i have a hifonics bxi1600, and i know no one likes them very much but im hoping you can answer some of my questions. my friend just got a 15" BL daul 2 ohm and after awhile i amp will turn off for about a minute but it is still lit up just very dim. i am runninh 4 gauge wire and i want to know if maybe it is because my amp isnt getting enough power and i should go for 2 gauge wire thanks

yea that helps a lot, right now i have an alpine deck all alpine door speakers a 1600 brutus and a audiobahn aw1508t and before that i had two kicker comps 12. i like the vibrating feeling but i love the deep feeling too. does the BL get low?

Those "most people" must be all bassheads For those of us who aren't, it has more than enough output. hey now. I am a bass head, but that doesn't mean I will accept anything along the lines of distortion. I really just love how bass feels and sounds. I'm just not willing to loose integrity of the sound for louder. SQ would be in essence trying to get as flat as possible, which to me usualy sounds terrible depending on the recording, and I usualy have to turn down the trebble because I'm sensitive. so what would you go with?

i've heard that most people who get the Q findout it doesnt get as loud as they want it, just to find out what is good to you?

most newer pioneers and alpine radio's are good for ipod.

well i cant decide if a 15" Q would sound better sealed than a 15" BL ported

my buddy is looking to get a new system. he is lookin at 2 15in kicker cvx and a kicker 06ZX1000.1 amp but im trying to tell him to get 2 BL's what type of amp should i tell him to get for that money?

hey, i am familiar with both ported and sealed boxes. but im not sure what is better, i know that ported boxes hit cleaner and i know ported you will have more spl. but i heard that with ported you get cone distoration and the sub hits sloppier. im just wondering what your specs are? thanks

Hopefully by saturday i am hoping to order my new fi daul 2 ohm and i know there isnt to much of a difference between the BL and Q i know that the Q will hit incredible deep and the BL hits harder and deep. but I'm not sure what im not sure what i want. i am wanting one that will hit deep but still want it to hit hard. does the Q hit hard or just really deep?
