  1. Awesome knob, I'd rather have the PAC-LC1 than the knob the amp comes with..
  2. Nice build, blow-throughs are awesome. I bet its loud in that little S-10!
  3. Bumping this because its getting close and more people should know about it! lol
  4. Pimpin by Cyberoptics
  5. So I will be able to put them in the same box my SAs were in without modifying the cut outs? Thanks again.
  6. I have a box on the way from Dave The Box Guy with interchangeable ports and what not and would like to use it for a long time without modifying the sub cut out holes. It is going to be for 2 SA-12s that I have laying around. I was just curoius to see what the cut out diameters were for the Zv4 or X series because I will eventually upgrade to one of them. Thanks everyone. Sorry if the answer is somewhere else, I have looked and looked but haven't found it yet.
  7. I will def be there and will hopefully have my "trunk wall" and spl port finished.
  8. Thanks again. I upgraded to a xs power d6500 under the hood in place of the stock battery and the voltage drop was little. Then my alternator goes lol. It did this once, a while ago but then fixed itself. Hopefully it will fix itself again and hold for long enough for me to get this issue fixed lol.
  9. Thanks for the help. I do not know much about alternators but want to learn more so thank you. I have contacted many companies so now I just sit and wait and hopefully someone can help me out.
  10. Lately I have been having some problems with my alt for some reason. Two days ago on Friday it was working fine and steadily charging around 14.4 while I was driving. Yesterday out of no where while I was driving (not listening to my system) it just decided to drop down to about 12.9. Today while driving I noticed that when I pressed the gas my voltage would severely go down but then if I let off the gas while in gear my voltage would start to rise. When I put it in neutral it would go back down again. I thought I could get away from getting a new alternator for a while because I am only running about 2500 rms, I have my gains set a little lower because of my electrical system. Basically i think it's time for a new alt (ho obviously). I just contacted mechman alternators but there no application for my vehicle so now I am stuck unless someone can point me in the right direction. I was wondering if I could maybe buy an Oem alt for my vehicle and mail it to an alternator shop and see if they can up the amperage but not sure if that's possible. I am kind of dumb when it comes to alternators lol. Thanks for the help. I'm hoping for an alternator shop to contact me on here basically. EDIT... If I bought this.. http://www.autopartswarehouse.com/sku/Ford/Focus/Motorcraft/Alternator/2012/S/4_Cyl_2-dot-0L/MIGLV8636RM.html and shipped it to whomever and they upped the amperage.
  11. Decaf's version of Dirty Bass on Zip 33. That's my favorite for now, it always changes. But anything that Decaf remixed that hits from about 25 to 33hz. Love them lows
  12. Welcome, if you have questions this is the best place to ask them. Very helpful people here!
  13. Welcome, you're gonna enjoy this forum. It's the best!
  14. I agree. It would be cool to meet some MD bassheads. Its about a 2.5 hour drive for me, but most likely I will end up sucking it up and going.
  15. Sounds pretty dope. I will def try and make it.
  16. New amps look sick!
  17. Finally almost in there haha. Bet your stoked man. Enjoy it man and I can't wait to here it!
  18. Looks awesome can't wait to see it on the market. Do you have any test videos yet?
  19. Nice build! The food looks yummy haha
  20. Do you mind google(ing) the address and posting it for us so we know the correct address? What time does it start? Thanks bro, thinking about going but wanna see how long the drive is first.
  21. Welcome and good luck with the company!
  22. grayta posted a topic in General Audio
I wasn't sure if I should put this in Music or General Audio. I think it fits in both so I just stuck it here but please correct me if I am wrong. This is probably a stupid question but... Where can I get a CD or DL anything containing 10Hz-60Hz tones? I am trying get more into SPL and I wanna start testing different ports. The reason I want so low is because I have a 20Hz port for fun . I tried Bass Mekanik but it doesn't go as low and the tones kind of fade in and out (it's weird) and I can't find anything on iTunes. PLEASE HELP lol. Thanks!
  23. Yeah Terry, hopefully soon! Im still contemplating an alternator upgrade, as I think Im pushing my limits...but that will be another day. Come on through Central VA, not much where I am but I found an interesting car audio club over in Roanoke (1 hour west of me) that seems to hold some regular events... I should be getting my box really soon from Dave, but I have everything ready to go just waiting on the box to start sealing off my trunk and put up my build log. I think he said maybe a week or 2 at the most now. I hear that there might be another show up here in Glen Burnie in July (again heard a rumor so don't quote me haha), so hopefully I will have everything playing by then. I'll have to check that car audio club out.
  24. Awesome man! Glad to see you finally got it. When you get that Xcon running I might have to make a stop in VA to hear it!
