What about the db drive 1000.1?

Is the 40.1 ever gonna go back into production again? If so when would be an estimated year of release. This is really more curiosity than anything but if there is one I would definitely want one.

I am planning a blowthrough in my gmc truck and I have a question... What shoould I use to deaden the bed? Do I just use the damplifier pro or should I use something similar to spectrum to spray in the bed?

I don't think he's using software. Its being designed by somone on a different forum. He just said it would help if he had the parameters.

I called DJ at AQ and he said that they didn't currently have the specs because the subs had not gotten back from production or something like that. I was just hoping that someone on here had prior experience with either.

Does anyone know where the t/s parameters to the 18's of either the 9500 or the hdc3 can be found? I am trying to get a box designed but the companies don't have them posted that I can see.

I am planning on running the ia 40.1 on a 16 volt charging system. I have no experience with this amp so heres my question...How many amps worth of alternator and how many amp hours do I need in my battery bank?

I am getting ready to do a blowthrough in my truck. The subs I am planning on using are 4 Audioque hdc3 18's. The dimensions are 50x17.5x77 inches. I will be running them off of two IA 40.1's strapped. I have built several boxes but never a blowthrough. I have heard that bandpass is the best way to go when doing a blowthrough...is this true? Anyway is there anyone who can design me an enclosure for this setup? I will pay of course just let me know.

yeah there is no distortion or smells. I have the sub mounted in a center console enclosure and when reached to get something out of the passenger seat I just noticed that it ws warm. Thanks for the advice.

Okay I have a icon 15 and inverted with the basket outside of the box and today as I was getting outta my truck, I touched the magnet and it was considerably warm.., s this normal or is the sub getting too hot?

So three 18's wouldn't be noticeably louder than two.

If the amp is stable at 0.5 ohm then why would it be dangerous? And also 3 BTL couldn't be over powered by that amp but two could so the third one is ind of a better safe than sorry kinda deal.
