it is for music, test tones, and just straight to ridiculous BASS lol.i was thinkin the boss amps, cuz i could get alot more power out of em and they are el cheapo.

I am soon to happen upon $500. i decided to buy two Mj-18's and two of these: http://www.millionbuy.com/boscx2000m.html now my only problem is i dont know jack about boxes, i need some ideas. now, the only thing i ask is nothin higher than 28Hz. it is going in my room, which is medium sized, about 20x20. i also happen to have an Spl vice, which is why i am buyin a Boss amp(almost no SQ, i know) Thanks for any ideas on this.

sweet. i will see if my bro and I can swing by, he is big into car audio ( five 12's, (3 memphis, 2 crossfire)) , plus he is lookin for a box for 4 JL's, 12 or maybe 13.5's i also think i should mention, i prefer passive's to ports...

did you already buy the SX's? if you didnt, my bro has the same car, he did a half hex box, Three rear facing 12's and two in firing 12's on top. off of a 2kw amp, it really bumps.
