Whoa... I better prepare my ears But my total is now over 6 grand, without the car or insurance.....

If i have a bluetop under the hood big three in two runs of 0ga (basically, doubling up), one (or two, working out kinks) 250-300A alts, and 4-6 runs of 0ga to the back, to three(or four, if i get dual SAZ-4500D's) D3100's how short would i theoretically have to have the dual 0ga to the SAZ-4500D(or two....Not sure) to get the most out of the batts and amp, mostly for comp concerns? holy crap, lotsa wire! Really? By more power do you mean more amplifier power, or amperage? Yeah, like a SAZ-4500 PER woofer more power. Really? Their that badass? It's a daily+comp, probably gonna do a 26hz port for daily, and 38-48 (wherever the eclipse peaks) for comps. Damn, thats another grand right there....Well worth the investment though

I plan on running a relatively high power setup. Two Warden 18's @ .7ohm (dual .7 series, then parallel) on a SAZ-4500D, a SAX-100.4 and a 50.4. Now what would be better for Park-and-play? I was planning on (3) D3100's plus a yellow/blue top under the hood and (2) 200A alts, or a single 300-350A. Would the (3) D3100's be good for reserve? Or should i get a higher number of smaller/lighter batteries? I would think while parked, i would keep it idling, but not having to is a plus. Thanks, -Chris

I don't have any clue what it is called, but i recall a program for the computer with a series of microphones that listen to a given song or test track and give a top view of the sound waves throughout the room. I am trying to figure out what it is, so we can dial in the system my church currently owns. Thanks! -Chris

Just a research paper on a topic of your choice. I don't need to go super detailed, more of a basic explanation, for the average joe. My teachers wouldnt know the difference anyway I just want to write a basic explanation of each, as i do understand how crazy complicated it can get. In laymans terms, i would like to write up the effects of these properties on a speaker, each one individually. Gotta do the whole notecards thing, so i thought i would try and make it easier by including it in one thread (as opposed to 10 different ones).

Hi guys, i am writing a paper about the behavior of woofers tied in with resonance, tuning and such, the behavior of a woofer under stress (i.e. during use) and a detailed diagram of all the parts of the average woofer. i am focusing on these main topics: A) resonance/tuning 1) movement at and around the tuning frequency 2) the uses and benefits of diferent tunings, uses; musical and competitions B) Behavior under stress 1) impedance rise 2) thermal compression 3) box rise + the effect of tuning on it C) mechanical parts 1) Moving parts 2) suspension/soft parts, and effects of different styles of suspension materials 3) cooling technologies Thanks for taking the time to read this, If anything needs to be clarified, let me know.

Really? Well, on second thought, tweets generally are more pronouced. What are some Focal models, that arent too harsh on the wallet? I'd say $300-450 for speakers alone (or maybe w/ x-overs) is my limit. And, its my moms stock stereo in her Hyundai Elantra Only 14 days til i am 16, and can apply at Meijer
