  1. Make sure you cut the ports down and leave at least 4" from the back wall.

Easy to stock a bunch of different stickers cut out of vinyl...made of different colors. X is what it is, it's a screen printed cap unless we run out of them. Then they get a white sticker on them generally.

    Nope..re rated everything.
  4. You aren't going to get the peak unless you have the power to shift the Qts... Which actually yields a 'saddle shape' in the response curve, which makes a 'dip' instead of a peak. The "Peak" is split between two peaks and a dip... You get a monster peak out of a woofer with a higher Qts and less motor force believe it or not. SMD is hands down the best woofer for a high powered musical and daily driving scenario.
  5. ..that's why modeling woofers with excessive motor force yields the same result as peeing in the wind. ..unless you want pee in your face, you are wasting your time.
  6. Why in gods name would you pay 1500 bucks for a sub that locks up at 18mm ?
  7. Machining and building and shipping stuff as fast as we possibly can...
  8. You are just going to gain linear displacement with the High xmax coil on the BTL if you go with that route..
  9. No issue with them playing up to 80Hz...the X's are nice little subs that are cheaaaaaaaaaaaap

Quit freaking out..stuff has to be built if they do not have it in stock. UPS re-weighs things regardless of what the label says.
  11. Post office APO isn't bad..shipping is 98 bucks to Italy. They're 56 pounds I believe if we crate them. (which i would feel better about especially traveling that far)
  12. They've got a bit more motor force which should be a more of a 'tighter' sound..
  13. Replied back to your email with your pricing and everything with shipping...seems like there's a day delay in email getting to you for whatever reason. Thanks!
  14. Considering they've probably popped out a few million parts on those forging dies, i'm sure there probably is slight variance between different ones over the years, but it's not like they simply will not work or will not fit...or totally out of spec. So long as the flange is flat, and you aren't on the 'bumped' portion of the basket towards the ID of the woofer you're fine. You're honestly the first person that's said anything about it in the 10 years we've used that basket..
  15. Been the same 12 spoke basket die for years...they don't grow 3/8" over time. 14.125" is the cut out, leaves you a little less then 1/8" on each side of the flange for 'wiggle' room, and we're still using the same gasket that we've always used. It wouldn't stretch 3/8" more...
  16. Shot you an email, please let me know if you get it. Sometimes the .mil emails are a pain in the butt and do not work and it gets thrown in the spam folder. Regardless, need your APO address and information on what you would like to order so we can get a quote for you together and get you a ticket going.
  17. Poles poles poles... SSD top plates turned and CNC machined ready for the tumbler! Hunk of N2 extrusion that got banged up that we're not using...just a 'whats going on inside' type of picture, it's an actual aluminum extrusion that we cut out of bar lengths on the saws. After all of the parts get machined they all take a ride in the tumbler for a few hours for deburring before they get coated and baked. Finished up N3 top plates hanging out beside one of the big lathes. N3 back plate/pole combos before final assembly... Little stack of finished SSD top plates Little stack of finished Q top plates ready for assembly on magnets.. That's it for now..I'll update more as I get around to it...again...think next time when you are spending your money and ask where your stuff actually comes from. Remember, the more money we send over seas the LESS money we have in our own economy which trickles down into less growth out of the recession....we HAVE to push to bring manufacturing back to this country. Down with lemmings!
  18. I sit down and buzz through emails around 4am..could have missed the second one, either way we'll get you taken care of.
  19. Relax man, we're literally working 16-18 hour days right now. I'll take some time and get caught up on emails and stuff over the weekend. Turning parts and getting stuff out the door is far more important then that right now. You will have to go with N2's, N3's will not ship via USPS APO they are a tid too heavy.
  20. We're machining and building as fast as we possibly can... We have HUNDREDS of orders..if I don't have a order number that looks like I-XXXXX/00..I have no idea.
  21. Nope..it's a street box subs forward port up below the window line
  22. Email form is jacked up for some reason..don't know why it quit working. I can't email you..shoot me an email and Ill get you routed to a dealer.
  23. Got a little down time waiting on food to marinate...hop in!
