No..you need to let it dry over night. We put the subs together wet and CA skins over, it dries all the way through after 3-4 days...

Those are the BTL leads, there's 16 of them they are just folded in half...there is 4 per terminal.. It makes it easier to pull through the terminal block with them folded in half.

Couldn't tell you how many subs i've built with epoxy...it works fine.

Highly suggest 15 minute epoxy if it is your first time reconing..

Newer ones have a sticker in the back plate..older ones have a bolt...no sticker

Working on them...the cracked motor has to be baked for 24 hours and then disassembled hot and cleaned up..recoated etc etc etc. It's a pain.

Dude..print off the box design that was linked to you, hand it to a local carpenter..tell him to build it. You are going to save your self a ton of money..all of the measurements are there.

We'll get you a recone with BTL tinsel lead setup..should be good to go for many moons again.

If there is a tear in the spider that is indicative of over excursion. When the spider locks up it creates 4 fold pieces which are the stress points in the spider and it becomes close to a right angle..

When it popped it probably went to full excursion and popped the lead on the inside rolls..much like a pop top on a coke can..

Interesting, what is this polished version? Polished basket? What do u recommend sealed or ported? Small room but opens to a larger area. With no boot to limit me i recon a 18 is in order? Im in no rush due to renovations ...all this will likely happen towards dec. Polish as in..make it more HT friendly. Far less people leaning on the stupid button in the home theater crowd..if you have room..bigger is always better.
