I am getting back into audio after a long layoff. I wanted to know what you guys thought would be the best speaker setup for mid and highs. I am planing on buying the new Zed Audio 6ch 150w a ch when it's released. I have been thinking of such brands as morel, focal, dbl, and polk. Price does matter would like to keep it under 1000. Thanks for any input. Troy

Stephen, I belive in your sound quailty amps, but if there anythng like the alpine pdx or the new jl's please tell me your will sound way better. I just got back into the audio scene last year. I tried to purchage a couple of yours but they where gone, so I bought two alpine pdx's. While I love the size, the power and sound isnt the best. Please keep your roots. Hell what am I saying....I'll just have to trust you, as I'll be selling my alpine's to purchage yours.

I have a Mazda excab truck. I have alpine r 6.5 in front with dynomat and 5x7 r in the rear, powered by a pdx 4.100. Just purched a pdx 1.600 for subs need to know what you guys think. I listen to mostly older rock alittle country and very little hip hop. Help please.

Any word yet? Iam building a new system right now and what Zed to power it! I used to have one of his old school amps along time ago and it was excellent sounding. Iam sure his new stuff is even better.
