Just heard back from Quentin. He said they should ship this week. He is also conpensating me for the wait...what an awesome thing to do. Top notch in my book. Apparently they a a mix up with the supplied coils being labeled wrong for the ohm load...so that was the hold up. but they are back on track. Praying for good weather next hitch off...head to work tonight.

My subs still arent here...so not in a huge hurry...

no...been storming since I got home...puts a huge damper on doing car audio in the driveway. But on a side note- My boys and I have had a blast off roading in the Burb this weekend.

Sancheezy- I have a few lying around. The Skar 1500 is the one the SQ is replacing. The Skar lights up like normal- but makes no sound....I considered having it repaired, but right now it is sitting. The BC 3500 is going in my Lanche. I also posted pics in the 'new equipment pic' thread, of the 3500 and the 1100.4 together. My Amplifier inventory- Nendo BC 3500 - awaiting Avalanche installation Nendo C 1100.4 - awaiting Avalanche installation Skar 1500.1- Non working - not sure what I am going to do with it. Skar 85.4 - mids/highs active in Suzuki SQ Q-1 1200 - going in the Suzuki this weekend. Kicker IX1000.1 - Awaiting installation in my Suburban I have bought everything but the Kicker in the last year. The Skar 1500, and the Nendo 3500 from this sites classifieds.

I like how the logo is machined in the heat sink...looks cool. It is a good last name.lol

for the $$$ it has a nice 'feel' to it. Only thing I am immediately concerned with it the power inputs. I thought the were 1/0, and never researched it...so I am either gonna get some reducers...or order some 4 awg to run from the tees.

I almost ordered the 1500 Monday. Kinda wish I would have...they just look so good!

Man- I constantly hear people exagerate(sp) their car audio. I was telling a guy the other day that I was hoping to do close to 150 with my Avalanche, and he was telling me that it'll do better than that- because his old system with 2 12's done over 180 db's, and that my 15's would be louder than that. I just said 'cool man' and changed the subject.LOL

"Availability: Estimated build time of 14+ business days" So I'd say 3-4 weeks to your door. Aaron and Mark are busy men I am sure- but they'll get to you. I've had good experience buying from SSA- just made an order today myself.

What subs? Most build times listed in their ads. Then you have to remember that those are business days. SSA isn't a big box store with a wharehouse the size of Rhode Island full of inventory.

Wow, I would have been off the charts irrate at that point. I've had that happen to me before, with my Cadillac back in '06. I know that feeling all to well. Speaking of... No pics of the new rolling stock? BTW- DAMN! at the wire.LOL

Wasn't spending 400 bucks, for an amp that my son(soon to be 16) would misuse and blow the sub with.LOL If it were mine- maybe. Also looking at space limitations- but that was second to the previous statement.
