hello jerry from sweden here i think it can be some thing whit your relay suply system disconect that and runn the remote wire directly from cd to amp nothing betwen such as relays and other amps only one wire from cd to amp and nothing more on to it try that before any thing ells also check so you have an 12v curent on the remote cable when its turnd on test that best regards jerry

hey 16v and starting at gain half jiiiike that cant be good mabye should take of one lid of an amp and se if it looks like an war zone inside have you checked the ohms on each pair with an dmm to to se so it isnt some thing wrong there?

hello the sub is an pierceaudioproducts designe and it is an beast i have two of theirs 18" and they are real monsters

i use to do like this when i sett gain i turn up volume to almoast max then i adjust gain to the speakers so they start to sound little strange then i turn it down a bitt this sems to work fine i think i have aslo runn this setup and i just can say it sounds avsome had it in my vovlo 855 and i did 141,93 on the tl and that is good numbers from two 10" in a station vagon as my volvo
