i just got done building my box.my port 255sq in.should be good...a tad small but i had no choice

a little overhead is never bad..i wouldnt be feeding them 3k each...but it would be nice to burp them every now and then

I just finished a box for 2 of these monsters for my truck. I did subs up port forward in a '06 gmc ext cab 4 door. The box is 18.5 cubes net tuned to 35.5 hz. It all double layered And flush mounted. They will be powered by 2 saz-1500ds at .5 ohms. Just waiting on the subs

rammat was the "best value" deadener with second skin being "the best" deadener in a deadener test that floating somewhere around the net...ill look for it...not that it has anything to with with this....u will notice a great difference if u deaden ur trunk....buy a roll(the price isnt bad)...if u have any extra then double layer it..

they have been that price for awhile now...ive had that page bookmarked for weeks

of course...it all going in a '06 gmc ext cab 4 door..box will be around 18-19 net tuned to around 34..amp rack and batt rack will be on the drivers side with the box pushed toward the passenger side..its all on a false floor with a trap door for the rest of the random stuff thats going in the back..ill get some pics up later..off the the grandparents house

ordered 1 of the subs on the 19th then the other yesterday.i have 2 saz1500d's for now but will either be picking up some saz3000d's or some saz2000d's when they r released. pics and a log coming soon!!!

i also have two dp 21"s on the way....19 cu net tunes to 34hz in a 06' ext cab gmc....ill post a log with vids after the thing is done

it will be easier to find the right threads...dont worry about how long or what type of drive head it has..just find something to make it work then u can look for the perfect match later
