I think an NS V.2 would look cooler on there
  3. Yes to both questions. Your truck battery is a 12 volt, it is charged at 14.4 volts.

  12. Yeah the sound waves need some distance to develop. It depends on the vehicle and hoe much space is available. My subs and port both fire into my cabin and it's earfuckingly loud
  13. These dustcaps?
  14. You owe me a beer then
  15. I'd wire it to 4 ohms, the 3000D is underrated so it will be about 1000 watts. Perfect for a Q.
  16. Did they explain why it would sound like crap? It sounds like THEY are full of crap.
  17. I think you should get two D2's and wire the VC's in series and the speakers in parallel for a 2 ohm load on the amp, that will yield you approximately 1600 watts from the 3000D. It will help your subwoofers and amplifier last much longer. As far as your gain problem goes: Power = Voltage x Current only problem is the Q with bp power will need ~1200watts rms, and this is going in a Camry.. No, just because they are thermally rated at 1000 watts and with the BP power an extra 200 watts doesn't mean you have to give it the whole 1200 watts. I have 2000 watt rated subwoofers and have one 3000D at 1 ohm on them, it will save the subwoofers and the amplifier in the long run.
