  1. I just noticed the fiberglassed tweeters and 6.5"s...yes they probably suck but its better than most.
  2. Sweet thanks Rob ye ima have to do it tomorow when i wake up, too sleepy and cant think right lol No problems. I probably wont be on until late anyways.
  3. I always wondered when you would finally use Sundown amps, I know you did with the LMS-Ultra's, but it took a while I remember that video of you demoing with Ashanti- Only You, that flex was awesome. You also opened my eyes to Grippin' The Grain. Good luck with your new build, can you say LOUD!
  4. Mike Singer? With the 18" LMS-Ultra's? Damn...
  5. Follow Hifonics recommendations for fusing. I'm saying fuse with a 300A fuse from alternator(+) to battery(+)
  6. Some people fuse alternator(+) to battery(+) and some don't. I don't. If you are its a 300 Amp

Yup... someone who has been here forever, and the super part is cause they are speechal and have a gold star on their forehead
  9. Haha thats what I'm thinking. But I've never used aeros so I will need guidance. They're super easy to work with. http://www.psp-inc.com/ Click the "port length calculator" and type your specs in and you're set. The easiest and most accurate way to cut them is a table saw but I've used a hacksaw before and it still worked fine...just a little more labor intensive. To glue the flanges and couplings to the tube, use abs glue from home depot or wherever. Then you just drill them right into the box. Wouldn't I need 6" ports to get my area?

  13. post edited. I don't see how you got that port length.
  14. I out in those numbers and I got 3.63^3 ft. at 31.8 Hz. My port length is 29 in though
  15. No, thats just musical...30-35 Hz. is good.
  16. I'm in a pickle. I raised the height to 14 inches, and tuning is still okay, I took port width down to 5" so I have 60^2 in. of port area now. But now its 5^3. Jake said no more than 1.5 cubes for 12" Nightshades...what do I do?
  17. Go for it!
  18. I would recommend kicker SS 6.5" components if you are gonna do that. Acex3a had 2 sets for sale if you are interested.

I keep getting the IPS error on "View New Posts". I don't want to sound impatient its just hard to find topics from the home screen.
  20. Thanks Rob, but now I just changed the dimensions it is now 32"wide 13"high and 32" deep. Using 1" MDF this time. Port is 6" wide, 35" long, with 66^2 in area. 4.3^3 feet tuned to 31 Hz. Anyone wanna sketch it?
