It's the sensitivity that makes it "louder"
  5. I'm really surprised there, with 2,500 watts you should be doing better than that though. dude are you kidding, thats pretty good considering its a single sub setup and with the seats up. now your score is a little shiity Not really there buddy, I only have 500 watts, he has 2,500. Don't be dumb. Of course its on the low side! It's freaking entry level 12's! Damn some people are retards! There is no point in arguing over stupid chit like that, its like the Special Olympics, who cares if you win or lose, you are still retarded!

  8. and what did you do with the subs firing back? I am yet to meter it like that. That's how it was when I first got it, and I was playing with it and tried it how I have it now, and It was louder to my ears so I kept it that way.

  12. Lowering impedance lowers efficiency, but you won't notice any extra distortion.

i just means. dont turn your gain and boost on the amp all the way up to where your hu can only be put on volume 10 out of 50 and it already maxes out the amp power output. so to set it right turn the amp gain all the way down, then turn the hu up between 75% to 100% and turn up the gain up until it starts clippin then turn it down until it stops. or you can use a multimeter to get it exact. A Multimeter? Is that like a Voltmeter? How do I tell when it is "exact" ? Uhhh, measure it? How else can you?

Do you guys think its even possible to break lets say, 185+ dB in a vehicle? i know that 190-195 decibels human eardrums rupture, and 198-202 Decibels human death occurs from sound wave (which is technically a shock wave).
  21. I agree with Jon, you guys should act your own age and grow up, let him be 14. Stop being arsehos.
