The guy using his middle finger is a dick, going into the Judges courtroom and behaving like that, he got off lightly, I'd say. I sure as hell don't walk into someones house, flip them off, and expect to walk away unscathed.

That's what we all said, "turning it up to high" means too much power, its thermal failure plain and simple, no need to point fingers, as its the operators fault for pushing the woofer past its limits, and its SoundStream's fault for rating it so high.
Toro bought Lawn-Boy back in the 80's. Interestingly, Toro started outsourcing their low end lines to MTD (Cub Cadet, Yard-Man, Troy-Bilt, Task Force, pretty sure some of the gas engine powered Huskee and Craftsmen products too) a few years back. Low level shit sucks. Stay away from Home Depot/Lowes Real tractor stores FTW! We had a real John deer riding mower for something like 17 years then sold it to a neighbor that is hell on anything with an engine and its still ticking. MTD makes Craftsman tractors as well, and push mowers. I sold Craftsman tractors for a few years...still good stuff. John Deere has gone down in quality in the past 10 years or so.

wow, you do realize music is a combination of tones right? But anyway, I started the break in on them and so far they are just what I expected. yes i do i also realize the N3 is for pure spl, though some people use it for music. By test tones i mean one frequency played for all out spl, which is what i assumed u were using it for, since its designed purpose is all spl. Try to plot the response, you'd be pleasantly suprised how well you can manipulate it.
