  4. Most of the old school ssa folks know me pretty well and I've been working on a project for while now called Alchemy Computers. I am located in Tulsa, OK and in a nice central location for shipping purposes. Alchemy Computers is a new computer line based around the mid-high end gaming market primarily. We do have some low end desktop systems that will be comming into play here over the next few weeks as well for the more budget friendly gaming market. Our aim is to build a unique computer to each individual. What that entails exactly is a more personal computer buying experience. Computer systems that are designed to fit the exact needs of the consumer and not fill them with extras that bring the price up. Designing our systems around scalability and more importantly around the consumer. All of our computers can be fully customized all the way down to the color style of the case. Customized graphics can also be applied in a number of ways. Now for the reason behind the post here. Alchemy Computers is going to be showing some of our models here on the site that are for sale and also accepting feedback from you guys on the systems. While this is not an open invite to begin debates here, it is an open invite for the PC enthusiasts and gamers among the community here to bring their ideas, questions and concerns to us. Feel free to pm me anytime here if you would like to place an order for a system or are interested in becomming a part of the team at Alchemy Computers. Our Premier series of laptops start off at $1800 for our AMD systems and $2000 for our Intel based systems. These are designed with the gamer in mind and are our "desktop replacements" HD screens and video cards round off the powerful processors, gaming memory and 7200rpm harddrives installed in these systems For more information about Alchemy and to view some of our other laptop systems check us out at www.alchemy-computers.com Alax

LOL...

  21. Happy b-day lil gurl! :-)
  22. I want my old one back! LOL
  23. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> One more thing to say.... ok.. maybe two... alright so that is a few things... but I loath Macs with a passion... LOL <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol I built my own computer... something you Mac boys really can't do so well eh? ... but aside from that... I have virus protection built into the CPU on my machine... as well as some of the best and tightest security around. Comes with the territory.... Besides... I know of a few good virus scripts that can shut down a mac pretty quick LOL When your PC crashes from a virus Ill still be here typing away, and when you open up your computer and see all the mess of wires, please dont call me crying. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Firewall will never allow the virus to enter, also everything is backed up on the server in the house. Along with another external HD. Plus Norton has yet to fail me As far as building a comp, thats cool, I am not that knowlagable, but I work for CompUSA so I probly paid MUCH less then you think. Plus I am big into Music and graphics and a Mac is the way to go for me. As far as the wire thing I stated If you have ever seen the internals of a mac you would understand. No worries I still love you in a man crush sort of way <{POST_SNAPBACK}> lol I have seen the inside and I know what you mean, but the old comparison for music and graphics from mac to pc... is well dead isssue now. I mean 75% of graphics cards in pc's now are capable of doing anything a mac can do. Mine... is well... above and beyond most mac's dreams.... lol but I paid about $550 for the card alone. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> That is more then I paid for my whole comp including the upgrades <{POST_SNAPBACK}> LOL.... Yeah.. I spent a small fortune on my system... but ur mac can't touch my PC....
  24. Hmmm.... I think it had something to do with Denim or someone else from CA.com.... not sure, but has been oh... two or three years now I think.. since LONG before the new revamping on the site etc....
