  1. you should be able to fit a 12 so id say an icon 12 with sae1000d for 550 or mach5 ixl12.2.2 with sae1000d for 511 in a box around 2.25cu tuned to 32hz
  2. 1 with a saz1500
  3. put your seat back were you like it and measure the top and bottom sizes and then measure the width of the truck at its thinnest.
  4. how do you have 66in i have a dakota and struggle to fit 50in i figured you would have about 48in.
  5. how wide can you go.
  6. overcoat, secondcoat, new skin.
  7. lows and spl boxs dont mix most spl boxes ie comp boxes are tune very high 40+ nad dont play music well. sound like you just want a loud daily driver that is good on lower rap.
  8. only down side is a huge box. just make sure you have proper filters on the sub ssf and lowpass otherwise you can bottom the sub out very easy.
  9. it says to post in this thread or the one linked to the second skin audio forum. if you have an account on that forum go for it but if not here is fine.
  10. id do the ten in 1.25cu tuned to 28hz. you shouldnt have any problems with the sub bottoming out unless you play very low tones. most music doesnt go below 30hz and even if you play a couple hz below tuning you shouldnt have any issues.
  11. id go 10 ported can most likely be louder and deeper if the box is built right
  12. try wiring in parallel to get more power to the sub. the coils are designed to help with imp rise in boxes so it should be fine. also check to see if there is any polyfill in the box if not add about .5lb.
  13. ultra liner, ultra skin, ss liner, work skin, skin works, industrial skin, ultimate skin.
  14. youve done great things in extreme classes what i would like to see you do now would be dominate a stock class. it would be a totally diffrent world than what you have been doing. if i can get a job and start my build ive been planning for a while i will be trying to do great things in stock a. single bat 650cuin or less and no vehicle modds strictly great box designing. oh and im not using a crx so a little more challenging.
  15. truck skin, tough bed, audio skin, bed skin, tough skin, tough stuff, tuff stuff, bed bump, audio liner, quiet bed, dura sound, second bed.
  16. wish we could get pics

great price on the car. how the heck do you plan on putting 2 15's in that car. i lnow a couple people with camaro's and they have a hard time getting a pair of 12's in them. i know with that power and the sub the enclosure will be smaller than a normal 15 but will it be that much.
  18. would it be possible to put icon softparts on it and get more travel out of it.
  19. im guessing you would tear a spider before bottoming out then
  20. i doubt it can do rated power maybe like 800w. and with 6cu to work with an 18 is a little big id look into two decent 12's in 4 cu
  21. it should be fine the rockfords are under-rated i doubt they will see rated rms each but they will get loud off 1600watts or so. you could use a diffrent sub rated closer to the power like loaded bl's or nightshades or dc lvl4xl's. the btl's can handle 3kw+ daily so i you ever want to upgrade your amp they would take it.
  22. the only diffrence is you tune a lot lower and you wont get the boost like a car.
