  1. Currently have the PG RSD's Been happy with them since day one especially being that I paid 50$ for them new. However, a tweeter blew awhile ago and I replaced it with an Infinity Ref series I had laying around. To say the least, its half asssed. I want to upgrade to something really good, my budget being about $200-$215 Ive heard good things about the DLS. Opinions or comments welcome. Using a Alpine Digital Mrv F345 rated @ 75w RMS and my doors are deadened in my 2001 Maxima GLE THANKS
  2. Hey, Just picked up a pair of Speakers for a 5.1 audio system. Model is LG Sb94sa March 2009. I Tried looking everywhere for these and can't find a single thing then whats listed on the sticker on the speakers. Center, fronts and back say 4ohm 450w (program) max power. Sub is 3ohm 8inch. Im looking to put these inside my racing trailer. I need a simple and cheap Receiver with for use with my ipod and radio. Nothing special Can anyone steer me in the right direction for these speakers? Thanks MG
  3. Shouldn't he honor some sort of return policy? Or at the very least take it in and see what went wrong. Ive heard nothing but good things about the business, So hopefully it won't be on your dime but if im not mistaken, he's the best guy for Sundown amps.. Good luck.
  4. But he did say that he connected the amp to other power source and grounds to rule out a power/ground wiring issue and that still sent it into protect (and im guessing with no sub connected) OP, is that correct? If so, then Id say its something with the amp.. And judging that you bought it from DB-R can only mean it did have some issues before and was fixed...But obviously, somethings still wrong.
  5. I agree. Db R seems to be a real good person to deal with. Sounds as if something is amiss with the amp itself. BUT Have you had any other amp with the wiring setup as you have it now? Trying to rule out an issue with your power/ground wiring would be something that comes to mind...
  6. heres a view from outside into the trunk. The rack is held to the floor. The amp is hung on the other side facing into the cabin. My box sits in the trunk right up against the rack.
  7. Its mounted on a peice of mdf attached to 2 angled L brackets just infront of my box.
  8. They sometimes write on the magnet in black marker, ive also seen the options written on the pole. Might be able to see thru the vents. But as stated above, id trust them. I wish I knew how the SSD's sounded...Let us know what you think!
  9. My weekend job. I am in the white and blue number #6 kart that takes over the lead halfway. Thought the racers in here might get a kick out it.
  10. I wouldn't mount my amp to a paint shaker. Would you?
  11. Products look good. I want to see this Gravissma thing.
