Sothe wife has been doing a decent job of caring for this hot tub. Not sure if it is a show or dedication. I secretly have been shopping for new one's and keep coming back to hot spring as being one of my top 3. Question is do I buy it for her as a surprise.

What model? L7224U COM wiring? Explain how you installed.. The only thing that gets wired to the ECOM on this boiler is the thermostat. I installed it as per their diagram for single zone connections. From everything I have been reading, it is not uncommon for these units to be bad off the shelf. Chances are I got the bad one as that is my luck. Correct..Double check your your wiring and post a pic for me and I will try to help. I am pretty familiar with Honeywell. I double checked and swapped the t stat wires with the same error. Thanks for the offer, but I hooked the old one back up for the night. I am going to return this for another tomorrow. From what I have been reading this is common with these units and that kinda scares me because it is in my inlaws house. I may just order in the original and pay the difference just for piece of mind.
