Sad, but some people feel it necessary to act in such a poor manor. Even worse is when they consume so much of your time when you could have been helping others who have a better apperication for your time and help. I would venture to say the way he acted, it might be in the best interest of SSA for him not to own an SSA sub. -

Yes sir, that is why we use it in the old show cars and was told it would work in the old Jeep motors for their tapping noise.
My son's Jeep 4.0 gas does that. I use Shell Rotella along with a zink additive and it takes care of the ticking sound. http://zddplus.com/products/zddplus-oil-additive/ We also use this in the 38 Plymouth and 61 Fury. So if all else fails give that try.

I ask them how they feel about paying $.01 more for only 2 gigs? Paying more and getting less is not how I do things. Told them if they could not do any better they could shove their shit up their ass. I pay 30.00 for 6 gigs on two lines and my total bill went down almost $6 from the previous contract. Fight with them it works. Called again after I posted this. Got the bill dropped about 80 bucks after taxes. Still more than I want to pay, but found some places to trim the fat and such. J

I regularly beat companies like that up. My wife just hates when I do that, but it keeps them in check.
