Both coils read good and makes no noise, so it looks like I am going to get some amazing goop and get it fixed up. I know this sub gets beat daily beyond belief and wanted to show how it has held up.

The triple joint looks and feels ok.

Now for the heat, notice the burns on the felts and spider.

Well it seems I may have some sub repair to do. All I can say is the build quality is way more than I expected for a 750rms sub. I have some pictures to show the damage of overpowering a sub by almost 3 times the rated and based on the felt pads this thing was very hot from time to time or just all the time. Loose dust cap. My guess is it bottomed out and went POP!

I say 2 ohm. I am thinking 30x27x42 tuned to 34hz using areo ports. What do you think? You want to model it and see?
