Welcome to the IHoP
I like they way you are thinking Peng! Just a word of caution; alcohol seems to raise your pain tolerance quite a bit. Just got out of the shower and I found more than couple of welts (including a nice one on the bottom of my foot) and patches of missing body hair that I don't recall receiving. Gonna feel it in the morning, no doubt All in the fun of smoking!

Welcome to the IHoP
The ribs were super good and they were St. Louis style. As for wood I was using a Pecan wood chips. Gave me the energy to finish up my siding project. Start the back porch tomorrow.

My neighbors says that I am an ass busting working machine! I helped him loose 11lbs. So if you want to loose a little weight you are welcome to swing by.- Welcome to the IHoP
If all goes well today the siding will be finished up today. Then on to the back pourch, getting a little make over and some siding. This is something I was not going to do, but since the BGE sets there I want to make it look nice. I do feel pretty lucky, I was able to get an early start on ordering my materials before they went up in price.- brand new amp missing parts???
Nice CS!- Welcome to the IHoP
Forgot to mention that I use all his tools and that is why I am able to wrap windows and such.- Welcome to the IHoP
Yes in about 3 weeks. I doing it also, but I am able to do lots of extra's to the house and it only costs me time. 3-tab or Architectural? A little tip, if you can find an old paper cutter, they work great for cutting shingles. We've used these for our starters for years. I have one at work I can send ya if you want but it's quite bulky, so i would assume shipping would be rather expensive. Going to go with architectural. Thanks for the offer, but my neighbor does this as a profession so he has all the tools of the trade. - Welcome to the IHoP
