Me. I care big time, I would like to get back to lifting where I was. I'm only 200 lbs on the sled from where I used to be. I don't use scales to measure my own weight as it's pontles for the most part. I do measure the weight I can move and how fast I'm running miles. It's pretty sad but even though I'm huge right now I can outpace the better half of my friends in a foot race of anything over a block or 2. I think no matter where you start at or how many times you start over you need to be proud of your progress.
