Weight loss and stress questions...help!
I need to ask a few questions to my fellow health gurus Aaron and Steve, along with anyone else... So I am severely stressed as you guys know. I have been eating the same as usual maybe just a tad less. I am however back in the pool for about 50-60 laps 3 times a week. Here is my problem... I have gone from 185lbs to 163lbs in 3 weeks max (I am 6'2" and thin framed). I am still going down at a rate of 1-2 lbs every 2 days. I dont feel healthy, but I cant eat more without making myself feel worse. Nothing worse then over eating...I hate that feeling. I look better, but I dont feel better, I feel much worse. No energy, light headed...not good. I unfortunatly cant go to the doc cause I have no insurance. Can you guys give me a few ideas as to maybe what to eat or change? I dont know what is going on other then stress and I cant afford to have no energy and be light headed all the time. I mean two days ago I felt like I was going to black out swimming casual laps...that isnt good. My schedule... 8:15 breakfast (eggs and toast) 10:00 snack usually an apple or banana noon-1pm lunch (varies...usually some sort of meat with broccoli and carrots and ranch) 6pm dinner (varies anywhere from hamburger helper to occasional fast food.)

Job hunting my man...that is taking up all my time. I made 5 different versions of my resume for the different jobs I might encounter. Hope that something good will come of 3 headhunters and 10-20 online applications a day

not sure what you mean by that? I am saying that if you put speakers in your doors you will have a very un-natural sound in the 125hz and 350hz ranges, we well as a few others.

My thoughts since I have a very good amount of EXP in these trucks. #1 Kick pannels...You have them, keep them. I suggest you either glass the back of those or deaden them very well. This will help you get a bit more midbass out of them. If possible, point them more tword the center of the dash. This will help even them more and bring your stage further out off the dash and on the hood. #2 Tweeters in a-pillars Mount them low, cause the glass is at an angle that your stage will raise to the roof. Mount them just before the slope at the bottom of the pillar. #3 Time allignment...you will need it in our very wide vehicles... #4 (not so important) Add another set of midbass drivers in the door.Cross them over low if possible 180-200hz and below. Deaden your door very well. If you cross them that low you SHOULD be able to get away without time allignment on them. #5 EQ, the trucks have a major spike in the 125hz and 350hz range as well as a few others...You might be ok in the kicks if you dont run another set of mid bass in the doors...those were from the doors. #6 and last... Have fun and make your truck sound good to YOU...THAT is what is most important. YOU spend the most time in there, why shouldnt you be happy with it

Welcome to the IHoP
Just an FYI to anyone looking for audio equipment. I may be selling my gear. MAYBE is a key word. I think I can hold off for another 3 or 4 weeks. My bank account if officially F'd. I overdrafted and got hit with enough fee's to choke a mule. Basically everything is a feeler right now. You guys can let me know if you are interested in anything, I will get back to you on a price, and once I get to the point of no return I will contact you about selling. P-9 combo is going to be $700 probly (please note that it needs to be serviced. I can do this as I have been quoted $90+whatever parts cost)(The CD tray is loose and causes CDs to skip on a regular basis on or after track 10 or so.) Amps... Sound stream D100 $50 JBL 75.2 $100? Memphis 300 $150? Memhis 1000d $200? Speakers Coustic ref 4" mids $30 Extremis $100 Mag is one thing that I really dont want to part with so I am going to say $300...
